PBI Bank, Inc v. Estate of John M. Barrick, et al
By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:
Legal Description:
Being Lot 50 of Oaks of Autumn Ridge Subdivision in Glasgow. Includes 0.59 acres and house. PVA # 80G-50/822 Also known as: 402 Autumn Ridge Road, Glasgow
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, as is SEQ CHAPTER h r 1and specifically subject to easements, restrictions and stipula- tions of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the prop- erty, and any facts which an inspection and accurate survey of the property may disclose. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 12-CI- 137, PBI Bank, Inc vs. Estate of John Barrick, et al to recover the amount of $324,577.46, together with interest at the rate of $40.04 per diem from March 2, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
