By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

Also known as: Settlers Point Rd., Glasgow
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the im- provements thereon, as is. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2015 and fol- lowing years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 15-CI-262, Mid South Capital Partners, LP vs. Mar- garet Ann McBain, et al to recover in rem the amount of $2,664.79, together with interest at the contract rate from April 2016 until paid, including attor- ney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
