GLASGOW DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS INVITATION TO BID FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE
You are hereby notified that the City of Glasgow will receive sealed bids for Janitorial Services for (1) Glasgow City Hall and Glasgow Water Company located at 126 East Public Square and (2) Glasgow Department of Public Works located at 310 West Front Street. Bids are for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. A copy of bid specifications may be obtained at Glasgow City Hall, Office of the Mayor from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or from our webpage:

biddin & rocurement Successful bidder must furnish liability insurance and submit to a police record / background check. Sealed bids will be received and opened Tuesday. June 7, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. C.D.T. at Glasgow City Hall, Office of the Mayor, 126 East Public Square, Glasgow. Kentucky 42141. Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with: "Name of Project, Name of Bidder, Date and Time of Bid Opening." The City of Glasgow reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the lowest or best bid and to waive any formalities.
