NOTICE OF PROPOSED
BANK MERGER
Notice is hereby given that
South Central Bank, Inc., 208 South Broadway Glasgow, Kentucky 42141, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its written consent to consummate a merger with Kentucky Neighborhood Bank, Inc., 1000 North Dixie Avenue, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701, whereby Kentucky Neighborhood Bank, Inc. shall merge with and into South Central Bank, Inc. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated, although it is anticipated that the Crowne Point Branch, at 3030 Dolphin Drive, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, will ultimately be consolidated and the separate location closed.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office, being the Chicago Regional Office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606, not later than September 9, 2016. The nonconfidential portions of the appli- cation are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspec- tion during regular business hours. Pho- tocopies of the nonconfidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
