By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the high- est and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property un- til fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the im- provements thereon, "as is" and specif- ically subject to easements, restrictions and stipulations of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the property, and any facts which an in- spection and accurate survey of the prop- erty may disclose. Bidders shall be pre- pared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property tax- es due for 2016 and following years. CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S), IF ANY, OF 103 CEDAR STREET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF CHARLOTTE HARLOW; UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, IF ANY, OF CHARLOTTE HARLOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF EVA CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, IF ANY, OF EVA CUNNINGHAM; NEW HART COUNTY HEALTH CARE, LLC D/B/A HART COUNTY HEALTH CARE CENTER; TAX EASE LIEN INVEST- MENTS 1, LLC; M.D. WOOD; PAM INSTITUTIONAL TAX LIEN FUND, LLC; W.D.
