The
Barren River Area Development District
/ Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living is accepting proposals from agencies to provide services to persons sixty (60) years of age or older and disabled individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who reside in the ten (10) county BRADD area. Counties are Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, and Warren. Respondents must ensure services will be offered as required in each program. Programs to be provided include Hot Meals Preparation/ Delivery Services, Personal Care Attendant Services, Senior Center Services, Adult Day Care/ Alzheimer’s Respite, Health Promotion/Disease Prevention,Transportation Services, and Community Care Services Programs. Interested parties may obtain proposal packet(s) at the BRADD office at 177 Graham Avenue, Bowling Green, Kentucky on Friday, September 30th, 2016. All proposals shall be addressed to BRADD Executive Director, and sealed and delivered to BRADD on or before 2:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Proposals shall be publicly opened and recorded at this time at BRADD. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered for review.
