By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the high- est and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, "as is" and specifically subject to easements, restrictions and stipulations of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the property, and any facts which an inspection and accurate survey of the property may disclose. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years. CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S), IF ANY, OF 103 CEDAR STREET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF CHARLOTTE HARLOW; UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, IF ANY, OF CHARLOTTE HARLOW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF EVA CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, IF ANY, OF EVA CUNNINGHAM; NEW HART COUNTY HEALTH CARE, LLC D/B/A HART COUNTY HEALTH CARE CENTER; TAX EASE LIEN INVEST- MENTS 1, LLC; M.D. WOOD; PAM INSTITUTIONAL TAX LIEN FUND, LLC; W.D. COPASS; HARDCASTLE PROPERTIES, LLC; COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT OF REVE- NUE, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CABINET; CITY OF GLASGOW; TAX MERCHANTS, LLC; AND, WEAVER TAX LINK, LLC, to recover in rem the amount of $2,791.63, together with interest at the rate of 12% from April 18, 2007 and the amount of $11,413.75, together with interest at the rate of $27.91 per month from August 30, 2016 until paid, includ- ing attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
