A Thanks from
Anthony Flannery, MD
Dear friends in Barren County and surrounding communities,
I am thankful for the support that you all have given me and my family these last 33 years. This has been a wonderful community in which to practice family medicine and raise my family.
I have recently been called to relocate with my wife to the Lexington area and serve the Lord as a physician there. I give hearty thanks to all my co-workers at TJ Health Partners, who have helped me and my patients transition to the Medicare-required, modern, electronic medical record age. Much thanks also to all the physicians and staff at TJ Samson Com-munity Hospital who have helped me care for patients here for 33 ½ years. Many thanks also to all of the patients who have given me the honor to care for them over these years. Last but not least, I thank the Lord Jesus Christ, who called me to practice medicine and gives me daily wisdom and knowledge in this work.
My last day working here will be December 22, 2016. My co-workers at the TJ Health Partner Pavilion and I will work diligently to help my patients transition to a new physician.
My prayers remain with you all,
Anthony W Flannery, MD
