CITY OF PARK CITY
REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City of Park City is requesting bids for paving work at the Evergreen Cemetery, located on Dixie Avenue, Park City, Kentucky.
Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M. (CST) on Wednes-day, November 23rd, 2016.
All Bids must be received/delivered to Park City – City Hall, 41 Mammoth Cave Avenue, Park City, Kentucky, and shall be marked “Paving Project – Evergreen Cemetery”.
All bids must be accompanied by a copy of certification of liability insurance. Bid specifications can be obtained at the Park City – City Hall, 41 Mammoth Cave Avenue, Park City, Kentucky.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formalities.
