By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and im-provements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the pur-chase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, saidbond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and su-perior lien on the property until fully paid. The property shall be sold with the im-provements thereon, “as is”. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay proper-ty taxes due for 2016 and following years.The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 16-CI-254, U.S. Bank National Association vs. Rog-er C. Mease to recover the amount of $34,376.17, together with interest at the rate of $5.07 per diem from August 15, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
