LEGAL NOTICE Park City in conjunction with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is accepting competitive seal bids for the Park City Sidewalk Improvements Project until April 19, 2016 at 1pm (CST). The bids will be opened in a special session of the Park City Commission at 1pm (CST). Plans and Specifications will be available for pick up/mailing via CD from Palmer Engineering, 400 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, Ky 40392, 859-744- 1218 or through Park City Mayors Office. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Contractors and subcontractors are required to be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. A 3% DBE goal has been established for this project and a 5% Bid Bond is required with the contractors bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
