By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

BEING Lots 9, 10, and 11 in the Peter Murrell Addition to the City of Glasgow: Each of these lots front 25 feet of Trimble Avenue and run back 178 feet to Carr’s line. (0.32 Acre and mobile home). Parties of the Second Part have the right of way and use of spring on south end of this Addition. PVA # G7-2-39

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, “as is”. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 15-CI-358, Citizens Union Bank of Shelbyville, Inc. Vs. Barbara Graham, et al to recover in rem the amount of $56,411.01, together with interest at the rate of $5.86197 per diem from February 8, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
