By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

Includes approximately 46.60 unimproved acres. Deed Book 203, Page 547. PVA # 34-21
Also known as: Unimproved acreage located at 8104 Old Bowling Green Rd., Glasgow
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, as is. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and fol- lowing years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 14-CI-171, Farm Credit Mid-America, FLCA, f/k/a Farm Credit Services of Mid-Ameri- ca, FLCA vs. Nathan Barrick, et al to recover the amount of $41,705.19, to- gether with interest at the rate of $3.02 per diem from December 14, 2015 un- til paid, including attorney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
