By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

Also known as: 2131 Jack Smith Road, Cave City
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the pur- chase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a pur- chase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and re- main a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the im- provements thereon, "as is". Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2014 and following years. The risk of loss for the subject property shall pass to foreclo- sure sale purchaser on the date of the sale.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 13-CI-328, US Bank National Association aka U.S. Bank N.A. v. Jason Norris and Natasha Mildred Hurt a/k/a Natasha Mildred Norris to recover the amount of $48,345.14, together with interest at the rate of 6.00 per cent per annum from August 10, 2013 until paid, including attorney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
