Michael B. Wilson; Elizabeth Ann Wilson; Barren County
By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below:
I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the improvements thereon, "as is" and specifically subject to easements, restrictions and stipulations of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the property, and any facts which an inspection and accurate survey of the property may disclose. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 15-CI- 341, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF1 vs. Michael Wilson, et al to recover in rem the amount of $42,573.29, together with interest at the rate of $6.39 per diem from July 27, 2015 until paid, including attorney’s fees to be approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
