Martin of 5810 Dripping Springs Road, Smiths Grove, Kentucky 42171, landlord, will offer for sale at public auction, miscellaneous personal property abandoned and left on property rented from him by Garland Shadrock, tenant, at 5812 and 5814 Dripping Springs Road, Smiths Grove, Kentucky 42171. The current mailing address of tenant is unknown.
The auction sale of the said abandoned personal property will occur on the 26th day of August, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at 5812 Dripping Springs Road, Smiths Grove, Kentucky 42171. So much of the aban- doned personal property as is necessary to recover rent arrearages of $2,400.00, plus legal notices, interest, fees and costs will be sold.
