Separate sealed bids for The Park City Senior Citizens Center will be received by Mayor Shannon Crumpton at the office of Park City City Hall, 41 Mammoth Cave Street, Park City, Kentucky until 10:00 AM CST on Au- gust 15, 2016, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be obtained from

The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the require- ments as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the con- tract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 and Title VI Minority bidders are encour- aged to bid.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Park City City Hall located at 41 Mammoth Cave Street, Park City, KY 42160, on Friday August 5th, 2016 at 10:00 AM CST. July 26, 2016
