NOTICE OF BOND SALE
The Electric Plant Board of the
City of Glasgow, Ky, (the "Issuer") will receive in the office of the Chief Financial Officer of the Board, 100 Mallory Drive, Glasgow, Ky, electronic or sealed competitive bids for the purchase of its tax-exempt: (i) Electric System Revenue Bonds, Series 2016A, in the amount of $2,655,000 (+/- up to $265,000) dated date of issuance, maturing 6/1/2017 to 2036, inclusive, until 10:30 A.M. E.T. on 8/10/16 and (ii) Electric System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2016B, in the maximum amount of $7,110,000, dated date of issuance, maturing 6/1/2017 to 2030, inclusive, until 11:00 A.M. E.T. on 8/10/16; as set forth in the Preliminary Official Statement. Bidding terms are set forth in the respective Official Terms and Conditions of Bond Sale.
The Issuer reserves the right prior to sale to change the time and date of sale via the Official Terms and Conditions of Bond Sale and Bloomberg and the principal amount and the years of maturities via PARITY.
