INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by the
Housing Authority of Glasgow
for KY26002 Exterior and Shop and KY26005 Repairs, Glasgow, Kentucky, until 10 a.m. CT / 11 a.m. ET on 24 August 2016, at the office of the Housing Authority of Glasgow, 111 Bunche Avenue, Glasgow, Kentucky. Bids will be opened and read aloud. Work will include construction of 1200 sf Maintenance and Storage Facility; exterior finishes renovation to 13 buildings at Robinson Court, and site and exterior structural improvements at Huntsman Manor.
There will be a Pre-Bid on 15 August 2016 at 10 a.m. CT / 11 a.m. ET at the Housing Authority of Glasgow. This is not a mandatory meeting, but bidders (GC’s specifically) are strongly encouraged to attend.
Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained at Lynn Imaging, 800-888- 0693. No deposit is required for paper copies. Digital copies may be obtained for a non-refundable cost of $35. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be shipped by mail must forward a separate check or charge their account for nine- teen dollars ($19) shipping costs, payable to Lynn Imaging. The Owner requests that unsuccessful bidders return of a complete set (minus bid forms) in good con- dition to Lynn Imaging or to the Housing Authority for owner use.
Bid Security equal to 5% of Base Bid will be required in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check.
