For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the pur-chase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and su-perior lien on the property until fully paid. The property shall be sold with the im-provements thereon, “as is” and specifi-cally subject to easements, restrictions and stipulations of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the property, and any facts which an inspec-tion and accurate survey of the property may disclose. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 16-CI-400, Kentucky Housing Corporation vs. Al-len Matthews aka Fred Allen Matthews; Robin Matthews; Scott Waste Services, LLC; The Medical Center at Bowling Green, Park Street Partners, LLP, Quick Care Clinic; The Medical Center at Bowling Green to recover the amount of $46,754.01, together with interest at the rate of 7.0% from March 1, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
