By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the high-est and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit: Description:

For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the purchase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a pur-chase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property un-til fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the im-provements thereon, “as is”. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2015 and fol-lowing years. The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 14-CI-564, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. vs. Sherry Piper; Nathan Piper; Huntington National Bank; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Calva-ry Investments, LLC; Midland Funding, LLC; Equable Ascent Financial, LLC to recover the amount of $88,233.50, to-gether with interest at the rate of $13.60 per diem from May 29, 2015 until paid, including attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
